Rather than focusing on performance, the training helps you use simple rhythm activities, mindful attention and shared participation to bring groups together, support regulation and create the conditions for genuine connection.
Designed for educators, facilitators, counsellors, wellbeing practitioners and community leaders, this immersive training will help you build confidence creating engaging and inclusive experiences that encourage connection, participation and wellbeing.
