We have been utilising the therapeutic benefits of rhythm and drumming since early 2002 to help individuals and groups unveil the natural peace and joy that is every humans birthright. In this regard drumming works! We offer an array of Drumming & Mindfulness sessions including Classes, Retreats, Team Events & Icebreakers

What Our Clients Say:
"....Your outgoing, warm and friendly personality helped to create a safe space for the women to be themselves and have a go regardless of their musical abilities.
The women at the refuge are still talking about the session and how much they got out of the drumming group. Both staff and clients expressed how much fun the group was, how light they felt after the session and how they felt like the weight of the world had been lifted from their shoulders.
We were all surprised just how many therapeutic benefits can be achieved by drumming, such as lifting mood, releasing tension, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of wellbeing. As I am sure you can appreciate many of the ladies coming to our refuge have experienced significant trauma and are dealing with mental health issues, so this session was extremely valuable from both creating a sense of connection to others and being able to release negative emotions and create a sense of wellbeing and happiness.
During a counselling session with one of the clients a few days after the group who was highly distressed said “ if only we had some drums right now, I could let go of all this anger and hurt just by hitting some drums”
Other clients have reflected how relaxed they felt and how powerful tapping drums can be in lifting mood and have asked me daily when I will be purchasing drums for the refuge.
We can’t thank you enough and will definitely be in touch to organize future sessions."
