Rainbows Reach is a private retreat set in the natural surroundings of the NSW Olney State Forest, 100km or 1.5 hours north of Sydney. The retreat, including its 30 bed lodge and large open plan barn. We will enjoy the property and its natural bush surroundings as the backdrop to a fun, relaxing & transformative weekend.
About Tim & InRhythm
InRhythm was formed in 2003 when Tim & Beau realized that the joy they experienced during an African drumming session was natural, unlimited and, under the right circumstances, could be experienced by anyone! Having benefits related to the happiness & productivity of both individuals, communities and organisations.
Through an ongoing self-study of African rhythms, philosophy, spirituality, science & religion, Tim has developed a unique & grounded perspective on the psychology and mechanics of unveiling our natural joy through group African drumming circles.
His sessions are always light hearted, fun and extreemly powerful!
The Program
We'll learn 3 incredibly fun and simple African Djembe Rhythm's! All sessions spiced with the joy & peace of simple mindfulness practice. Come and bathe in the blessing of presence & the rhythms of Mother Africa!
