REFUND & RETURNS POLICY:
Payments for all courses, workshops and merchandise are transferable, not refundable. Faulty merchandise will be replaced at the discretion of InRhythm Management. Please contact 1300 55 40 35 for more info.
 
DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES:

Delivery of all merchandise will take place within 10 working days of your order. Please make sure you have entered your correct shipping address before finalising your purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service by letting you know what we are up to. Your information will never be hired or sold to a 3rd party.

CARD SECURITY POLICY: At all times InRhythm Pty Ltd complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security ('PCI") requirements for "Cardholder Data" that are prescribed by the PCI Security Council.

INRHYTHM COVID SAFE PLAN:

  • All InRhythm facilitators have been informed of & practice correct good hygiene for coronavirus.
  • Our crew will comply with any client or venues temperature screenings procedures.
  • Any crew member displaying the mildest cold or flu symptoms will be replaced & asked to isolate.
  • All drums & instruments are sanitised pre & post sessions.
  • No sharing of instruments is allowed during sessions.
  • No sharing of food is allowed.
  • Seating arrangements are to adhere with social distancing requirements, participants are to remain 1.5m apart. 
  • The number of participants in any space used is to comply with the ‘4sq metre’ rule (refers to the maximum amount of people in a room).
  • Personal hygiene requirements - hand washing and sanitiser to be used by the facilitator & participants pre & post sessions.
  • No singing is allowed by participants during sessions.
  • Venues provided by clients are required to conform with a covid safe plan.
  • InRhythm will provide hand sanitiser where none is already available at a venue.
