Limited to 20 spaces on this wonderful mental health course offered by InRhythm. This workshop is a chance for men to meet, socialise, have fun and learn some powerful methods for alleviating anxiety and depression. You are not alone, we drum together, finding a creative way to focus on the prevalence of depression and anxiety and to introduce new methods for understanding and making changes to our mental wellbeing. This workshop will exploremen’s mental health awarenessattitudes to mental healththe connection between mental and physical health, learning new tools to cope with stress and anxiety.

About the Facilitator

Tim Orgias is the founder and director of InRhythm, a company dedicated to helping people experience their natural joy, peace and happiness.His passionate interest in the healing power of rhythm, group drumming, and meditation spans over 15 years.Through an extensive, experiential and ongoing self-study of spirituality, religion,science, philosophy & mental health, Tim has developed a grounded understanding and unique perspective on the psychology and mechanics of unveiling our natural joy.
