INRHYTHM LOVERS - WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! :)
The channel 7 wellness program 'House of Wellness' is producing a 'How to Relieve Stress' segment & wants to send a presenter to experience our Drumming & Mindfulness program for herself!
So we though what better way to create a win/win than to put on a FREE Drumming & Mindfulness session @ the Bamboo Buddha!
They would also really like to interview a couple of past students about the effects our program has had in their life.
This is an amazing opportunity for not only participants, InRhythm and the Bamboo Buddha, but also the National Drumming community at large.
The workshop will be a fun and therapeutic exploration of awareness and group connection in a state of presence.
Each participant will learn a series of very accessible rhythms that lock together to create an incredible synergy between the group. Once this is achieved, we open up the experience to encourage a creative flow (without going too far outside anyones comfort zone).
It is not about ‘getting it right’ but rather ‘being in rhythm'
Using mindfulness practices (acute awareness of the input coming through the physical senses without judgement) the focus is on the power of present moment awareness to help us discover our innate resilience & from there, release stress and anxiety plus express our creativity.
It is always light hearted, fun and extremely powerful.
"The session absolutely exceeded all expectations; it was one of the big highlights from the day & feedback from the Coaches was incredible. No one had ever thought about mindfulness & music in that way & it tied in beautifully with everything we discussed throughout the day.
We had a master coach there (the lady with the sore arm) who has done over 8,000 hours of Coaching (kind of like the god of the coaching world) & she was blown away. Which is MASSIVE.
Thank you so much again – you’re onto something amazing here!”

About Tim & InRhythm
InRhythm was formed in 2003 when Tim & Beau realised that the joy they experienced during an African drumming session was natural, unlimited and, under the right circumstances, could be experienced by anyone! Having benefits related to the happiness & productivity of both individuals, communities and organisations.
Through an ongoing self-study of African rhythms, philosophy, spirituality, science & religion, Tim has developed a unique & grounded perspective on the psychology and mechanics of unveiling our natural joy through group African drumming circles.
His sessions are always light hearted, fun and extremely powerful!
