Designed for educators, facilitators, counsellors, wellbeing practitioners and community leaders, this immersive training will help you build confidence creating engaging and inclusive experiences that encourage connection, participation and wellbeing.

• Build confidence in non-verbal facilitation, inclusive participation and managing group dynamics
• Adapt activities for one-off workshops or structured programs
• Receive a facilitator manual, rhythm charts, session templates and audio backing tracks
What you will become capable of creating
• Engaging group drumming and rhythm sessions that participants can confidently join
• Safe, inclusive and energising experiences where people feel welcomed and involved
• Mindful rhythm activities that help groups arrive, settle and become more present
• Participatory experiences for education, workplace, wellbeing and community settings
