After an actual event an option is to create an open discussion for the participants who with the guidance of a professional facilitator discover first hand (this is the key) what it takes to create a team, great coach or leader. The facilitator should encourage them in the after glow of the joyous drumming experience to express how it felt to be in rhythm and connected to the group and why they think that was the case. (This occurs quiet naturally as they are very open by this stage to communicate as a result of the drumming). Participants can then explore how it felt when things weren’t connected and why they feel that was the case. The method works extremely well as it encourages the participants to be autonomous (think for themselves) discover what it takes as opposed to being told what it takes. An empowered team, coach and/ or leader.
