Event Organisers Sydney. Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth: You must read this!

An InRhythm energizer drumming event for 300 Mihuzo staff just bought the house down!

We are just on our way back from this awesome event and couldn't help to share what happened.

Mihuzo ( A Japanese Bank) wanted to create a staff reward, staff incentive day for their team.

The event being about "reaching your potential for customers" needed to show staff how they themselves could reach their potential.

Enter InRhythm. The 300 staff did look a little tired sitting in their seats after a big lunch, playing with their mobile phones. We came up on stage and asked everyone if they where ready to "reach their potential"? Answer...mmmmmm  yeah...not very convincing!!

"Ok Everyone please reach under your table, grab your drum and make your way to the front of the stage. You are about to reach your potential!"

Within 2 minutes the entire group was at the stage with great smiles all round. Something had woken inside them. Every single staff member couldn't help but get involved. The power of 300 people all drumming in rhythm together was way too powerful!

With amazing people and facilitation skills our professionally trained had the group creating unbeleivable music together. How could this be? How can 300 bankers almost all with no musical training play harmonious rhythms together?

Smaller sub groups of people also started to get really creative, making up there own rhythms..just what we wanted!  How could this be?

The secret: We know how to connect people in an instant. With 12 years of experience and the passion to share joy and connection with everyone, InRhythm understands how groups of people work and how to bring out the absolute best in a team or community or any group of people. We know how to bond team members and nurture a corporate culture.
