Corporate Drumming Retreats - Drumming and Boom Whackers

team building

Workpac didn’t know what hit them when they walked into the conference room in Bali. Conversations where abruptly interrupted by the uplifting bangs and booms of the InRhythm team doing their thang.

We gave everyone at the staff retreat a drum to play. They started communication with each other in a whole new way. It was refreshing, extremely powerful and smile inducing team building at its best.  Why? Because we had the entire team connected and unified in the present moment. for the entire session. No one was thinking about anything else but what they were doing right now. It was electrifying . They had never experience such connection and “oneness” before. This was exactly what the client wanted to acheive.: to show that working together to a common pulse is the most powerful and effective way to work…and it can be heaps of fun!

Workpac choose InRhythm for there company retreat in Bali.  For more information on how InRhythm can bring unique corporate drumming events to your company please contact us now.
