Corporate Drumming - The perfect Icebreaker and Staff Incentive in Bali – Telkom chooses InRhythm Events

Telin had no idea how our drumming event would completely uplift their team of 200 employees at the annual Batic event at the Ayana Hotel Bali, Indonesia.

The summit was looking pretty low in energy. But then BOOM! our InRhythm facilitators started drumming incredibly uplifting beats that started shook the house down.

Every person stood up and was given a drum to play and started drumming with the rest of the team. People were so surprised and excited at this idea. It was so successful that every person was involved and enjoying the experience.

The event was a team building, staff incentive, Icebreaker and morale booster in one!

The drumming left everyone inspired and talking to each other….exactly what the client wanted. Team members were genuinely excited about being part of Telkom.

InRhythm offers world-class team building, corporate retreats, icebreakers and more.
